Sorry for all of the fitness spam this week - I promise after this weekend, blogging will resume as normal, with a little fitness post once a week.
I've just been a little consumer with prep for this weekend's two big races!
I'm not a runner, never have been - so to say I'm 'bricking it' for tomorrow and Sunday would be a glorious understatement!
