I have a little Tuesday treat for you - something that I've been snacking on recently that's absolutely delicious and full of the good stuff! Make a pot up this evening and pop it into the fridge to take as an elevenses snack to work tomorrow!

Here's what you need:
//. a small handful of strawberries, quartered.
//. a heaped teaspoon chia seeds
//. 6 little raw almonds, crushed
//. a nice big dollop or two of natural yoghurt
