A little progress update today - this time focusing on the abs. Posting progress pictures makes me feel a little bit sick, every time. I'm not sure if I'll ever overcome that feeling, but I'm going to continue to post them anyway because 1} I want to keep documenting this journey for me; 2} posting updates like this reminds me how far I've come & keeps me on track and; 3} I hope that in posting things like this, that take me right out of my comfort zone might serve to inspire/motivate some of you?!
It's surprising to me, still, that I've not fallen off the wagon so to speak, 18 months ago when I first started out I never thought I'd actually be enjoying hitting the gym. But here I am, still going strong, who'd have thunk it!
I'm thinking about sharing a few blog posts with little 15 minute workout sets that you guys could do at home without the need for any equipment, or gym membership - would that be something you'd be keen to see? Because a lot of the workouts I do are body weight based, you can do a lot of it in your own front room!
There you have it, I'm still plodding away with my fitness, at the moment I'm just concentrating on losing the last couple of % fat to get me down to my goal & then maintaining where I am!
